Intuitive Connection for Mental Wellness: Explore Your Abilities Online Workshop (2-4 pm EST)

About the Event:

Are you curious about your intuitive abilities, but aren't sure where to start? Do you wonder what exploring your abilities might bring into your life? Maybe you've received signs from loved ones on the other side. Perhaps you've had predictive dreams, or just know something but aren't sure how you know it. And maybe you're wondering, "How can I tap into my abilities to enhance my wellness and life?"

Join Dr. Lenore Matthew for this interactive workshop to explore your intuitive abilities, and how to lean into them to bring more light and wellness into your life. The workshop will help you understand your psychic, intuitive, and supernatural experiences, and give you direction on how to expand them. 

Through a mix of discussion and practice exercises, you'll begin to explore your own intuitive abilities, and get a sense for how they will help your world expand, as well as bring light and insight into your life and mental well-being.

All are welcome, even if you're unsure of what you've experienced.

About Dr. Lenore:

Lenore is a Dr. of Social Work and an expert in grief, trauma, and intuitive awakenings, as well as research and evidence-based practice. She is also a trained evidential medium and a young widow. Her intuitive abilities opened up when her late husband suddenly passed away. Today she helps people move through grief and find their light and joy by tuning into their intuitive abilities (we all have them!) and connecting to their loved ones in Spirit. She also conducts original research on psychic awakenings, focusing on the context of loss.
